Atul C. Bheda, B.Com, L.L.B (Gen.), F.C.A, DISA (ICA)

Mr. Atul Bheda is a founder Partner of the firm, with over 30 years of experience in the field of taxation, advisory and audit and assurance. In addition to being a Fellow Chartered Accountant, he holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce along with Bachelor of Law (General) from University of Mumbai. He also holds qualification in Information System Audit (ISA). Further, he also holds a Diploma in Jainology from University of Mumbai.
From holding office as Chairman of the Western Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the year 2001-2002 to being the central council member of ICAI from 2007 till 2013, he has also been Founder Director at XBRL India, Formal Chairman at Taxonomy Development and Review Committee of XBRL India and a member at XBRL International Certification Board (XCB).
He has been the youngest president at CVO Chartered and Cost Accountants Association during the year 1994-1995. He holds the office as a managing trustee at Shri KVOS Jain Mahajan in addition to being an effective motivational speaker at various seminars and lectures.

Mayur K. Shah, B.Com, F.C.A, DISA (ICA)

Mr. Mayur Shah is a partner of the firm and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience. He holds a bachelors degree in Commerce from Banglore University along with qualification in Information System Audit (ISA).
He has vast experience and expertise in the area of Accounting, Audit, Business Consultancy and Taxation including representation and litigation. He also has a keen understanding of dealing with family managed business issues. He also heads the Human Resource department of the firm and organisation building initiatives, being an excellent mentor, who champions the entrepreneurial model, he inspires the whole team to dream big and take on challenging opportunities.

Rupal D. Haria, B.Com, F.C.A

Mrs. Rupal Haria is a partner of the firm. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience. She holds a bachelors degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai.
Her in-depth Knowledge and proficiency in the field of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation is a great asset to the firm. She has been instrumental in the firms foray into Business support service and tailor made accounting services.
She is a great speaker and has conducted several training activities for the government's revenue department and for the benefit of Students pursuing chartered accountancy course.
